Dr Nancy Weitz
Director
Nancy has worked as an Internet Strategy and Learning Consultant, E-Learning Specialist, Head of ICT, Web Designer, Learning Technology Research Officer, Lecturer of Technology and Assistant Professor of English. This experience has allowed her to develop a strategic overview and establish connections between technology, design, learning, communication and rhetoric. Nancy has worked with government agencies, universities, schools and small businesses, giving her a valuable insight into the needs of a wide variety of clients. Nancy specialises in internet strategy, collaborative learning and user-centred design.

Dr Paul Trafford
Technical Development Advisor
Paul has engaged extensively in the research, development and administration of small and large-scale e-learning systems, mainly in the UK Higher Education sector. Familiar with a broad range of issues, both technical and non-technical, he is well placed to advise on various technological approaches in relation to the overall educational needs of staff, students and organisations. He is presently researching the design of sustainable social networking sites informed by various disciplines in humanities and social sciences.
Elizabeth Glynn, MSc, CUA
User Experience Advisor
A Certified Usability Analyst (CUA), Elizabeth is an accomplished user experience practitioner with over 15 years of diverse experience in interactive media. Her specific areas of expertise include information architecture, interaction and user interface design, usability, user-centered strategy and research. Leveraging user insights, Elizabeth has created innovative solutions for websites and online applications that balance the needs of both her clients and their users. Her work has spanned a wide array of industries, including technology, financial services, education, consumer products, hospitality, and healthcare.
Dr Kathy Seddon
Research Advisor
Kathy is an E-Learning Specialist with research interests and publications on collaboration, motivation and learning in online collaborative communities. She has created policy consultations between government and school leaders and been involved in training and dissemination of the work of Research Associates in schools. Kathy has strong environmental interests leading the prize-winning EU-funded European School's Environmental Network. She has worked as an external PhD examiner for Exeter university.
