		<description>What a coincidence - before I read your post I had just written my own post about top tips for use of Moodle in the workplace. Although you&#039;re talking about corporate e-learning in general - and with a commercial software that undoubtedly costs more than Moodle! - any new e-learning system needs a few things to work, and good instructional design and training is key. 

This can be provided by making sure someone in-house knows how to use the system for learning (not just how to use the system technically) and by having a co-ordinated and cross-company steering committee.
