Great post. These are really important questions, but I think they&#039;d apply just as much to new learning interventions as to existing ones.

I&#039;d add to this list: Why are we updating this? What is the cost of NOT updating as compared with the cost of implementing change? How much change is really necessary to be effective now and in the future?

Useful you think? Or is the last bit too ROI-y? I&#039;d stress that I&#039;m not purely thinking in terms of financial costs, though if you look hard enough (in a corporate context at least) there is a £££/$$$ behind every metric...</description>
